Delete Account

Delete your Wondercore account.

As Wondercore and Wondercise are affiliated companies, registration and account deletion are interrelated. If you have a Wondercise account or VIP membership subscription, please confirm that you have canceled your VIP subscription and contact customer service before deleting your account. Deleting your account is a permanent action, and if you delete it, it will be permanently disabled (including Wondercore and Wondercise). You can create a new account at any time. Please note that you will not be able to claim a refund for inability to access content or services.
When deleting your account, we will make every effort to delete all personal data associated with it. If your personal data is deleted, we will render certain personal information irretrievable and simultaneously anonymize identifiable personal data. We may retain certain information due to legal obligations, such as retaining transaction information for financial reporting and account security purposes, which may include your data. We may also be required to retain your information in compliance with court agreements or other equivalent mandatory enforcement procedures. Wondercore will only retain personal data for the necessary period to fulfill the purpose of collecting relevant information. Please refer to our privacy policy for details.
